During her time as an administrator, she focused largely on improving inclusivity in the community, building relationships with students and their families, staff, focusing on addressing mental health and safety challenges, utilizing data for improvement, and pandemic recovery.

“I am very excited to join the team at Plum,” Baumgart-Eiben said. “I have watched the positive changes that have been occurring and I wanted to be part of that change. I cannot wait to meet the families that I will be working closely with and developing relationships.

“I love leading professional development, and instilling the value of personal connections and intrinsic motivation. I hope to build an even greater capacity for relationships and connections while fostering a school family for all that resonates a true professional passion. ”
